30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.

Valid once per customer.

Applies to 1 jar per order (even if multiple jars were purchased).

Requests must be made within 45 days of purchase.

The jar must be at least 2/3 used, but not completely empty.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@gains.eu. We will send a replacement free of charge.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, supplements can only be returned under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee if the safety seal is intact or conditions above are met.

To get a different product, return your eligible item first and place a new order after approval.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers: you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
