From farm to selection
It starts with cattle raised on the green pastures of the Irish islands. We work with a premium meat processor where the prime cuts go to high-end restaurants and other premium buyers. We specifically select the organs and have them frozen immediately to lock in freshness from the very start.
Preserving the nutrients
The frozen organs are sent to our partner for freeze-drying. This technique removes moisture under vacuum while protecting the full nutrient profile. The natural vitamins, minerals and enzymes remain intact, ready to fuel your body.
Testing for quality and safety
Once freeze-dried, the organs are milled into a fine powder. Every batch is tested at a leading European laboratory to confirm quality, safety and purity. Only after approval does the process continue.
Pure encapsulation
The approved powder is encapsulated in bovine gelatin. No fillers. No binders. Nothing extra. Each capsule is one hundred percent beef inside and out. The capsules are then bottled and batch-coded so every jar can be traced back to its source.
Final inspection
When the finished products arrive at our warehouse, we carry out a final inspection. Only after passing this check do they go out to our customers.
